Troy Lesesne
Troy has completed his fifth season as assistant coach for the College of Charleston, his alma mater. In 2010, College of Charleston earned a share of the Southern Conference regular season championship, receiving an at-large bid to the NCAA Div I Championships advancing to the 2nd round. As a player, Troy played a major role in the success of the 2004 Cougars, leading them to the NCAA Div. I College Cup 2nd round. Troy was named to the NSCAA/adidas All-America team in 2004. He played two seasons for the Charleston Battery.
Anton Corneal
Anton Corneal is currently the Assistant coach for the Trinidad and Tobago World Cup team. He also serves as the director of youth development for Trinidad and Tobago Football Association. He is a former All-American at Erskine College and a former National Team coach and player for Trinidad and Tobago. He will serve as Director of the Elite Players School.
Joel Tyson
Joel is the assistant men's coach at Wofford College. Most recenty, he served as goalkeeping coach for both the men's and women's teams at Georgia Southern University. Previously, he served as the goalkeeping coach at Hofstra University for 2 seasons. He is a graduate of Coker College where he was a four year standout as a goalkeeper. He will serve as ont of the site coordinators, as well as one of the directors of goalkeeping sessions. He also an integral part of the day to day operations of the camp.
Jason Dowiak
Jason Dowiak just completed his first season as the assistant women's coach at Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to his hiring at FGCU, he served as the women's coach at Anderson University. His 2009 team finished 3rd in the Conference of the Carolinas regular season. He also guided them to the Conference Tournament Championship game. Jason is an integral part of the day to day operations and staffing of the camps.
Barry Slagle
Barry Slagle is the head men's coach at Newberry College in Newberry, SC. Previously, he served as assistant coach at Wofford College for three years. In 2009, the Wofford Terriers completed their finest season ever in Div I competition, winning the Southern Conference Regular season championship and SoCon Tournament Championship, earning a berth in the NCAA Men's Div I National Tournament. Barry plays in integral part in the day to day operations of the camp.
Jack Turbiville
A Presbyterian College graduate who served as assistant coach on both the men's and women's teams at his alma mater. He currently coaches in the Coastal Georgia Soccer Association, where he serves as director of goalkeeping. Jack holds a USSF "C" license
Bertille St. Clair
Formerly the national team coach for the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association. He recently led T&T to the final round of the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying Tournament. He runs special training sessions for all campers during their week at camp
Jodie Smith
Has been with RLSA since 1993. He is currently the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Alabama State University. Prior to ASU, Coach Smith has been the Head Coach at Georgia State and Mercer University totaling 18 years as a collegiate soccer coach.
Active in the youth ranks as well, Jodie is a staff coach with the Alabama ODP staff and currently is the Girls Academy Director of the Capitol City Streaks located in Montgomery, AL . Prior to his move to Alabama he was a member of the Georgia ODP staff.
Jodie has a USSF “B” license as well as the USYSA National Youth License. He helps oversee the day to day as well as staff administration of the camp.
Andy Lundy
He has been an integral part of RLSA for some 20 years. Andy currently works at the Golden Isles Soccer Club in Brunswick, GA, where he coaches several youth soccer teams. He has also coached youth teams in the Galax, Virginia area. He has served as the head coach of Tattnall Square Academy in Macon, Georgia and as head coach at Christ School in Arden, North Carolina where he won 4 conference championships. He holds a "C" license from the United States Soccer Federation.
